Description: This is an official postage due stamp (identified by the "Porto" inscription) issued by the Federal People's Republic of Yugoslavia (F.N.R. Jugoslavija). The design layout employs a balanced, bilingual textual framing format to satisfy the state's diverse populations. The upper section features Cyrillic text reading "Ф.Н.Р. ЈУГОСЛАВИЈА" and "ПОРТО," while the lower section mirrors this exact information using Latin script reading "F.N.R. JUGOSLAVIJA" and "PORTO". At the absolute heart of the vignette is a central five-pointed socialist star background, coupled with five tightly bound state torches erupting in detailed, billowing plumes of fire. Positioned inside the lower corners, the dual value configuration explicitly anchors the face-value denomination as "20дин." in Cyrillic script and "20 DIN." in Latin script. Multiple parallel black ink postmark lines run horizontally across the lower half of the design, validating its processing through official postal service channels.
