Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through the CenturyTreasures store. Every item offered is unique, historical, and described to the best of our ability. For any questions prior to purchase, please contact us through the Contact page.
1. Item Condition
All items in the store are vintage or antique and may show natural signs of age—such as patina, wear, or historical repairs. These characteristics are considered part of the item's authenticity and value.
Condition notes and photographs are provided to help you make an informed decision. Additional photos or information may be available upon request.
2. Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices may change prior to checkout but will not change after your order is completed.
Taxes may apply depending on your location.
3. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. CenturyTreasures does not store, process, or have access to your full payment card details.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of antique and historical items, all sales are generally final.
However, we want buyers to feel confident:
- If an item arrives damaged in transit, or
- If the item is significantly different from its description or photographs,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the situation. Photographs of the packaging and item will be required.
Refunds or partial refunds may be offered at our discretion in cases of shipping damage or major listing error.
5. Shipping
All orders ship from British Columbia, Canada.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their local authorities.
Many countries exempt items over 100 years old from import duty, but regulations vary by region. Please check your local rules if you are unsure.
7. Authenticity & Representation
All items are researched and described with care. Where possible, we identify maker marks, variations, periods of manufacture, and any known reproductions.
If an item is known or believed to be a reproduction, it will be clearly stated. No guarantee of individual military service or personal provenance is implied unless explicitly documented.
