Notes:

This coin represents a historic milestone as Susan B. Anthony was the first real, non-allegorical woman depicted on a circulating United States coin. Unfortunately, the coin suffered massive public rejection upon release because its size, reeded edge, and color were so close to the Washington quarter that people constantly confused the two denominations in daily commerce. The Denver Mint struck a massive run of 288,015,744 of these dollars in 1979 alone, ensuring that standard circulated examples remain incredibly common and usually hold only face value today.
