Description: This presentation pack contains five commemorative stamps highlighting the natural abundance found in the British countryside during the fall. The five individual values showcase detailed botanical artwork: an 18p stamp depicting horse chestnut, a 24p stamp with blackberries, a 28p stamp featuring hazelnuts, a 33p stamp highlighting rowan berries, and a 39p stamp illustrating a ripe pear. Each stamp bears a clean white silhouette of Queen Elizabeth II in the top right corner. The decorative outer packaging frames the philatelic set beautifully with an artistic banner featuring red squirrels navigating a sprawling tree branch.

Circa: 1993

Condition: MNH in pack

Notes:

The beautifully detailed botanical illustrations were painted by the celebrated British artist Charlotte Knox, who is widely known for her striking, lifelike depictions of food and nature. This set was officially issued as part of an ongoing multi-year philatelic celebration of the four distinct seasons in the United Kingdom.
