Description: This philatelic release represents the 64-pence denomination of the Millennium Projects "Water and Coast" series issued by the Royal Mail. Titled "Reflections in Water," the artistic layout illustrates the modern Portsmouth Harbour development project through a stylized, abstract rendering of surface ripples interacting with architectural shapes. A silver-grey silhouette of Queen Elizabeth II anchors the top left corner, while a rich blue color block defines the bottom right area to display the numeric value cleanly. Printed via the gravure process by Walsall Security Printers, the image layout employs a complex blend of black, grey, deep bluish-green, greenish-blue, cobalt, and brownish-grey cylinders to achieve its fluid visual depth.
