Description: This commemorative British postage stamp marks the 1935 King George V Silver Jubilee, carrying a face value of 2½d (two pence halfpenny). Printed in a distinct ultramarine blue ink, the wide landscape layout centers on a fine side profile of King George V facing left inside an oval vignette. The central portrait is flanked by two prominent commemorative dates: "1910" on the left and "1935" on the right. Below the years, an engraved Tudor Crown anchors the left-hand panel while a traditional laurel wreath of victory finishes the right panel. The design is elegantly completed with bold sans-serif lettering across the top reading "SILVER JUBILEE" and a wide bottom banner displaying the spelled-out denomination.
