Description: This 25-penny commemorative postage stamp was issued by the Royal Mail to conclude its highly praised multi-year "Four Seasons" philatelic cycle. The artistic image features a temporary outdoor installation titled Shell of chestnut leaves, conceived and photographed in situ by the renowned British sculptor Andy Goldsworthy. To build this striking ammonite-shaped coil, the artist delicately stitched together overlapping layers of fresh sweet chestnut leaves using natural thorns as tiny pins. The clean design layout includes a vertical "SPRINGTIME" title running up the left border, a silver-grey cameo silhouette of Queen Elizabeth II in the upper right, and a prominent 25p numeric denomination.
