Description: This charming 30p British postage stamp was issued by the Royal Mail as part of their highly popular 1995 Christmas commemorative collection. Illustrated by artist Andrew Lawson, the design features a lifelike European robin (Erithacus rubecula) standing on the snow-laden foil cap of the center milk bottle. The three bottles feature a traditional tapered glass silhouette, heavily blanketed by fresh winter snow. The foil caps are festively printed with a pattern of green holly leaves and red berries. A sharp, silver-foiled silhouette profile of Queen Elizabeth II marks the upper right corner, balanced by the large grey "30" denomination at the top left, with the year "1995" running vertically along the bottom left margin.
