Description: This philatelic item is an authentic United Kingdom decimal postage stamp with a face value of 25 pence, issued by the Royal Mail for the holiday season. Illustrating the traditional narrative of the Three Wise Men, the multi-colored photogravure design captures three children dressed up in elaborate, mismatched period costumes against a blue background decorated with a repeating pattern of white stars. The child on the left wears a striped garment and a red fez-style hat while cradling a tall, patterned vessel. The central youth wears an embroidered vest over a ruffled white shirt, smiling broadly while presenting a speckled green vase. On the right, a child adorned with large drop earrings and a bright orange turban carries a reddish-brown container. A gold silhouette of Queen Elizabeth II and the large "25" denomination typography sit neatly in the top-left corner, while a small vertical imprint along the right margin reads "1994".
