Description: The image displays an uncut matched pair of British Airborne Pegasus Shoulder Patches. Each insignia depicts the Greek hero Bellerophon armed with a spear while riding the winged horse Pegasus. The figures are meticulously embroidered in sky blue (Cambridge blue) thread upon a deep maroon wool felt base. This specimen remains in its original manufacturing state as a single conjoined rectangular strip measuring 150mm wide by 75mm high, complete with an off-center white vertical dividing line stitched down the middle. Small crimson tabs at the top corners are marked with the hand-stitched pattern numbers "H2810" and "H2811" to differentiate the left-facing and right-facing sleeves.
