Description: The brass Cameron shoulder title was worn on the service dress tunics of soldiers serving in the Queen's Own Cameron Highlanders. This robust insignia features the word "CAMERON" stamped in bold, block capital lettering curved downward to seamlessly follow the natural contour of a soldier's shoulder strap. Designed for high visibility on the battlefield and parade ground alike, the open-backed brass configuration was secured to the uniform fabric via two sturdy hex lugs fastened with a cotter pin on the reverse side.
Reverse: Dual hex copper lugs.
