Description: This numismatic artifact is a circulating bronze farthing coin from the United Kingdom, explicitly minted under the authority of the Royal Mint. The obverse features the left-facing bare head portrait of King George V, designed by the acclaimed Australian sculptor Bertram Mackennal. Encircling the monarch's profile is the abbreviated Latin legendary inscription reading "GEORGIVS V DEI GRA: BRITT: OMN: REX FID: DEF: IND: IMP:," which proclaims his titles as King of all the Britains, Defender of the Faith, and Emperor of India. The rim is stylized with a fine denticle border pattern along the edge, and the metal surfaces display a rich, weathered golden-brown tone consistent with a circulated bronze alloy piece.
