This centralized arrangement of working tools is elegantly surrounded by a classic laurel wreath of victory and surmounted by the distinctive Tudor Crown, historically referred to by collectors as the King's Crown. Running along the sweeping base scroll is the bold Latin motto "LABOR OMNIA VINCIT", which translates to Labour Conquers All. This miniature insignia features a standard reverse configuration equipped with dual fastening lugs and a securing brass pin intended for formal tunic lapel placement.
