Description: The front face features a deeply raised central medallion containing a fouled anchor wrapped in an intricate rope cable, mounted over a finely lined horizontal background. Encircling this maritime anchor is a raised circular garter band prominently inscribed with the capital letter titles "COAST GUARD". A sharp, low-profile Queen Victoria Crown (QVC) surmounts the central garter ring, featuring stylized jewel detailing and straight, flat arches. The entire composition is framed by a traditional braided rope-twist border tracing the outermost rim edge. The reverse side features a secure wire loop eyelet shank and carries a stamped circular backmark reading "James Cracknell Portsea".
