Description: This historic British military headdress insignia is masterfully die-struck utilizing a classic bi-metal configuration. The central motif showcases a detailed, muscular royal tiger rendered in a warm, textured gilding metal alloy, captured in a mid-stride pose with its right front paw aggressively raised. Curving elegantly above the beast is a crisp white-metal honor scroll emblazoned with specialized campaign typography, while a wider matching white-metal scroll anchors the entire base of the emblem to spell out the Leicestershire Regiment's regional territory. The reverse side features a completely flush, unmarked vertical brass slider bar engineered to securely slide the piece into the front cloth bands of service forage caps or woolen trench berets.
