King's Regiment Bi-Metal Cap Badge

Under Review

Material: Bi-metal (gilt brass with white metal horse)
Size: 25mm w × 35mm h
Description: This British military insignia is an official dress uniform cap badge issued to personnel of the King's Regiment. The striking bi-metal design features a central fleur-de-lis struck in gilded brass, overlaid with a separate, detailed white-metal or silvered rendering of the White Horse of Hanover in a rearing prancing pose. Sweeping across the base of the design is an ornate, textured brass banner scroll that proudly bears the raised regimental title "KINGS".

Reverse: Unmarked Brass Slider.
Circa: 1958-1999
Notes:

This specific badge layout was created following the 1958 amalgamation of the King's Regiment (Liverpool) and the Manchester Regiment to form the new unified King's Regiment. The badge beautifully fuses historical symbols, combining Liverpool's ancestral White Horse of Hanover with the fleur-de-lis lineage of the Manchester unit.
