Description: This military cap badge represents the legendary Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment). The design is anchored by the imposing eight-pointed Star of the Order of the Thistle, layered with a textured diamond pattern. In the center, an oval band is beautifully embossed with the Scottish national motto, "NEMO ME IMPUNE LACESSET," which translates to "No one provokes me with impunity." Encased inside this central oval is the figure of Saint Andrew holding his saltire cross, while the entire assembly is flanked by detailed thistle wreaths, crowned by the classic imperial King's Crown (Tudor style) at the top, and anchored by a crouching Egyptian Sphinx resting upon a rectangular plinth at the absolute base. Reverse has dual lugs.
