Description: This is an official government service stamp from the Republic of Turkey, showcasing a design centered around a prominent central numeral "20." The country name "TURKIYE" is inscribed inside a stylized panel at the absolute top of the frame, directly above an arched banner containing the word "RESMÎ," which translates to "Official." The backdrop of the central numeral consists of crisp, vertical shading lines enclosed within a perfect circle flanked by symmetric palm-style fronds. Along the lower margin, a fine-print imprint reads "GÜZEL SANATLAR MATBAASI - İSTANBUL," attributing its production to the renowned fine arts printing house in Istanbul. This specific specimen shows heavy signs of postal or administrative use, bearing multiple dark, parallel roller postmark lines and a diagonal pen cancellation cutting through the design.
