Description: This is an official government service stamp from the Republic of Turkey, showcasing a design built around a prominent central numeral "15." The state name "TURKIYE" is inscribed inside a stylized panel at the absolute top of the frame, directly above an arched banner containing the word "RESMÎ," which translates to "Official." The backdrop of the central numeral consists of crisp, vertical shading lines enclosed within a perfect circle. Along the lower margin, a fine-print imprint reads "GÜZEL SANATLAR MATBAASI - İSTANBUL," attributing its production to the renowned fine arts printing house in Istanbul. A thin, dark handwritten pen cancellation or light postmark line arches horizontally across the middle section of the design, indicating the stamp was used for administrative validation.
