Description: This is an official government service stamp from the Republic of Turkey, showcasing an ornate architectural layout from the late 1940s series. The absolute top of the rectangular framework bears a decorative curved crown displaying the country inscription "TÜRKİYE," which directly overlooks a secondary block panel reading "POSTALARI." Anchored at the heart of the design is a central circular window housing the iconic national crescent moon and single star symbol. Positioned inside an oblong panel right below the emblem, the word "RESMÎ" identifies its restricted administrative classification, flanked on either lower corner by a bold face-value numeral "15." The bottom border ties the presentation together with the denomination label "KURUŞ" gracefully curved along an ornate banner panel. This specimen features an active-duty postal mark, characterized by a sharp, sweeping black ink postmark line arching across the left-middle border and center-right quadrant.
