Imperial Russia Four Kopeck Definitive Stamp

Under Review

Description: This is an authentic postal definitive issue from the Russian Empire, representing a core domestic rate denomination from the early 20th-century emblem series. The central circular medallion proudly displays the Imperial Double-Headed Eagle beneath a floating crown, with the crossed post horns and thunderbolts of the Post Office Department visible right below its claws. An arched banner floating gracefully at the top of the design contains the Cyrillic text "ПОЧТОВАЯ МАРКА" (Postage Stamp). Symmetrical laurel garlands and scrollwork embellish the flanks, drawing the eye down to a pair of circular numeric medallions that anchor the face value "4" on both sides. A structured block panel along the lower base completes the text presentation by spelling out the full valuation in Cyrillic block lettering as "ЧЕТЫРЕ КОПѢЙКИ" (Four Kopecks).
