Description: This is an authentic postal definitive issue from the Russian Empire, belonging to the classic late 19th-century and early 20th-century emblem series. The central vignette houses a pristine white embossed representation of the Imperial Double-Headed Eagle, complete with a floating sovereign crown positioned overhead, nestled inside a vibrant red-carmine oval medallion. Enclosing the medallion is a rich blue horseshoe banner displaying arched Cyrillic typography that reads "ПОЧТОВАЯ МАРКА" (Postage Stamp). The broader rectangular frame is heavily detailed with elegant, blue baroque scrollwork flourishes. Placed within a dedicated white bracket right beneath the central oval, the denomination is boldly declared across two lines as "20 / КОП." (20 Kopecks).
