Imperial Russia One Rouble Definitve Stamp

Under Review

Description: This is an authentic postal definitive issue from the Russian Empire, serving as the milestone first rouble-denominated high value from the classic late 19th-century and early 20th-century emblem series. The central vignette features a white, heavily embossed representation of the Imperial Double-Headed Eagle crowned and sovereign, nestled inside a vibrant orange oval medallion. Encircling this centerpiece is a wide, horseshoe-shaped brown banner displaying arched Cyrillic typography that reads "ПОЧТОВАЯ МАРКА" (Postage Stamp). The broader rectangular frame is filled with dense, elegant baroque scrollwork and stylized foliage patterns. Positioned within a dedicated decorative frame at the lower center, the face-value denomination is boldly declared as a large orange numeral "1" set directly above the Cyrillic text "РУБ." (Ruble), while small matching numeric "1" circular medallions anchor the left and right flanks.
