Description: The stamp features an engraved design in a distinct slate-blue or dark grey-violet hue, illustrating a dynamic, full-body depiction of an underground miner at work. Outfitted in standard safety overalls, a heavy coat, and a protective mining helmet, the laborer stands firmly braced against the subterranean walls while operating a large pneumatic jackhammer drill. The long operational hose of the machinery coils downward across his legs into the lower foreground. The face value "20 BANI" is positioned clearly in the upper left corner, with the word "POSTA" running vertically along the inner left margin. The design is grounded by the country inscription "R.P. ROMINA" running horizontally across the bottom banner, marking the post-WWII political era of the Romanian People's Republic.
