Description: This definitive stamp features a side profile portrait of Queen Juliana, facing toward the left side of the frame. At the bottom of the design, the denomination is boldly inscribed as "25 C," positioned directly above the country name "NEDERLAND" in all-capital serif typography. The portrait relies on sharp contrasting textures and shadows to evoke the physical appearance of an alabaster sculpture rather than a standard flat engraving. The stamp shown here is a postmarked, used specimen, featuring visible black cancellation lines on the lower-left and right corners from its time in the postal system.
