Description: This vertically oriented official stamp from India features a face value of 5 Naye Paise (indicated by the "5 N.P." on the lower left and its Hindi translation "५ न.पै." on the lower right). The central illustration beautifully portrays the iconic Lion Capital of Ashoka from Sarnath, which serves as the proud National Emblem of India. The four lions stand back-to-back atop an ornate abacus carved with a wheel, a bull, and a galloping horse. This entire state scene is framed within an intricate, geometric green border carrying the bold word "SERVICE" along the upper bar and "POSTAGE" tucked right below it. The base is anchored with the country name "INDIA" centered in clean, stylized typography.
