Description: This is a partial souvenir sheet margin and single perforated postage stamp issued by the Isle of Man Post Office. The stamp carries a face value of 50p and portrays a black-and-white promotional photograph from the famous 1935 musical comedy film, No Limit. In the scene, actor George Formby plays his character George Shuttleworth, a hopeful motorcycle racer conversing alongside a competitor and a woman on a race track background. The left selvage of the sheet features a warm peach-toned background with the stylized title "George Formby No Limit" printed in contrasting blue and yellow lettering. A clean, small profile silhouette of Queen Elizabeth II is visible in the top-left corner of the stamp to denote the reigning monarch at the time of printing, and the bottom margin carries the text "Sheet Value: £12.50".
