Description: This item is an authentic mid-century travel souvenir spoon custom commissioned for the Isle of Man Tourist Board. The face of the medallion features a rich black enameled background bordered by bold gilt lettering reading "Isle of Man Tourist Board". The centerpiece of the medal contains a miniature heraldic shield filled with bright red enamel that highlights a golden Triskelion, the traditional "Three Legs of Man," which is topped by a Tudor style crown. The reverse side of the neck is stamped with a standard "Silverplate" hallmark denoting its base metal composition.
