Israel New Year Navy Insignia Stamp

Under Review

Description: This original, postally used celebratory stamp originates from the State of Israel and carries a face value of 10 Prutot. Printed in a distinct dark bluish-grey ink, the design composition highlights early sovereign defense motifs. The upper left corner frames a distinct shield housing the Emblem of Israel—featuring the seven-branched Temple menorah flanked by olive branches over the Hebrew country name. The central focus highlights the historic Israeli Navy insignia, showcasing a sword entwined with an olive branch layered over a maritime anchor, all bound inside a laurel wreath. Bold Hebrew text fills the right side reading "מועדים לשמחה" (Joyous Festivals) above the text "ותש׳י - שנה ב למדינה", marking the second year of independence. The lower border completes the issue with trilingual country labels in English, Arabic, and Hebrew alongside a crisp box containing the numeral value "10"
