The revered ruler is depicted wearing the Holy Crown of Hungary, holding a patriarchal cross-staff in his right hand and a globus cruciger in his left. The Latin phrase "ST. STEPHANVS REX" aligns down the left side, while the lower section bears the bold denomination "20 f" above the inscription "MAGYAR KIR. POSTA".
