Description: This vibrant multi-colored postage stamp from the Republic of Equatorial Guinea celebrates Portuguese football legend Eusébio. Released to commemorate the 1974 FIFA World Cup in West Germany, the active layout showcases a player wearing a crimson-red jersey and white shorts striking a soccer ball mid-volley against a crisp blue background. Floating in the upper right quadrant is a detailed portrait of Eusébio, framed by the flag of Portugal and a golden silhouette of the Jules Rimet Trophy. The composition is grounded by the country inscription "REP. DE GUINEA ECUATORIAL" along the bottom edge, accented by a distinct "8 PESETAS" face value window in the lower corner and a faint black postal cancel along the bottom left corner.
