Description: This definitive postage stamp from Spain (España) presents the forward-facing portrait of General Francisco Franco rendered in a vibrant bright orange ink. The engraving showcases a realistic depiction of the leader framed inside a delicate, dotted border grid that offsets the tightly stippled background canvas. The upper-left quadrant isolates the face value denomination of 1 Peseta, displayed as the numeral "1" over the abbreviation "PTA". Layered neatly along the lower margin, the country name "ESPAÑA" sits directly stacked above the functional operational text "CORREOS". A specialized black ink slogan cancel cuts horizontally across the midsection, bearing a partial promotional phrase that includes the clear text "AHORRO" (Savings).
