Description: This commemorative postage stamp from Spain (España) features a dynamic engraving of Admiral Ramón de Bonifaz, a legendary 13th-century naval commander. Rendered in a bright red ink, the vignette captures the warrior clad in chainmail armor, wielding a raised spear in one hand while securing a coat-of-arms shield emblazoned with tower castles and lions. His charging destrier is draped in formal, checkered heraldic caparisoning. The upper border features the stylized inscription "ESPAÑA", balanced in the upper-right corner by the functional postal text "CORREOS". The face value of 30 Céntimos is positioned on the left side, formatted with the numeral "30" over the abbreviation "CENTS". The lower margin frames a small plaque honoring the subject as "HOMNAJE A RAMÓN DE BONIFAZ" alongside the printer acronym "F.N.M.T.".
