Description: This stamp is a historical definitive postal issue from Czechoslovakia, belonging to an extensive multi-year series dedicated to the country's leadership. Printed in a uniform light brown or sepia ink on cream-colored paper, the design features a formal, front-facing engraved portrait of Klement Gottwald. The country name "ČESKOSLOVENSKO" is cleanly inscribed within a thin line border across the upper edge. The bold numerical face value denomination "1.00" (Koruna) rests in the bottom right corner of the vignette. A small, stylized leaf flourish anchors the text near the upper right, and the signature of the portrait artist, "JINDRA S." (Viktor Jindra), is subtly printed along the lower right border.
