Description: This vintage 30 h (30 haléřů) definitive postage stamp was issued by the Czechoslovak Republic to commemorate the National Exhibition of Archival Documents in Prague (Celostátní Výstava Archivních Dokumentů Praha). The primary design is printed in a sharp, carmine-rose monochrome ink against a soft cream backdrop. The layout features two distinct circular frames side by side: the left frame recreates the elaborate medieval wax seal of King George of Poděbrady (Pečeť Jiřího z Poděbrad), complete with its center rampant double-tailed lion coat of arms, while the right frame displays a formal portrait of the monarch facing slightly left while wearing a jewel-encrusted gothic crown and holding a royal scepter. Bold red border text frames the top, left, and right margins, while the country name "ČESKOSLOVENSKO" anchors the lower margin. The tiny signature of master engraver Jiří Švengsbír is cleanly visible along the bottom right edge.
