Description: This vintage definitive postage stamp from the Republic of China features a monochromatic olive-green intaglio design printed on a textured, light cream paper stock. The central vignette frames a formal, forward-facing portrait bust of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, the highly revered foundational leader of modern China. Across the upper boundary, a horizontal inscription panel houses traditional Chinese characters reading from right to left as "Postal Administration of the Republic of China" (中華民國郵政). The lower boundary is anchored by a massive face value displaying the western digits "20000" on the left, completed with two small underlined zeros indicating cents, which perfectly balances with the traditional script on the right reading "Twenty Thousand" (貳萬圓 with a multiplier designation). The entire design is enclosed within standard rectangular framing lines, bounded by clean comb perforations, and remains in an unused, mint condition.
