Description: This vintage definitive postage stamp from the Republic of China features a monochromatic slate-green intaglio design printed on a textured, light cream paper stock. The central artwork highlights a detailed, forward-facing portrait bust of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, celebrated as the founding father of modern China. Running across the upper horizontal border is an elegant inscription banner housing traditional Chinese characters that read from right to left as "Postal Administration of the Republic of China" (中華民國郵政). The lower boundary contains a clean denomination tablet displaying the western digits "10" on the left, completed with two small underlined zeros indicating cents, which balances with the traditional script on the right reading "Ten Yuan" (拾圓). The entire composition is enclosed by standard rectangular framing lines, bounded by rough, uneven comb perforations, and remains in an uncancelled, unused mint condition.
