Description: The item is an unsevered pair of commemorative Canadian postage stamps, with each individual stamp featuring a face value of 15 cents. The portrait design highlights a finely detailed, full-color bust of Queen Elizabeth II facing forward, adorned in formal court attire, a dazzling diamond necklace, and a royal tiara. Set against a textured, metallic gold ink background field, the face of the stamp is inscribed with a small red maple leaf on the left, the date "1973" on the right, and elegant cursively scripted text across the center reading "Réunion des chefs de gouvernement du Commonwealth / Heads of Government Meeting." The lower margin firmly grounds the piece with bold red block lettering displaying "Canada 15".
