Description: The central design features an elegant line engraving of the Peace Tower and the Centre Block of the Canadian Parliament buildings, rendered entirely in a sharp, monochromatic blue hue. Positioned at the top center are the bilingual service indicators "postes/postage," nestled directly beside a prominent bold numeral "12" face value denomination. The bottom margin frames the nation’s name "Canada" in an expansive, stylized modern block font, creating a clean architectural layout printed on unwatermarked paper stock with uniform comb perforations.
