Description: The vertical oval composition showcases a heavily stylized, multi-tiered layout balancing vibrant colored glass enamelwork over a polished gilded brass chassis. The central axis presents a silver-plated, multi-columned Roman arch architrave architectural monument displaying the bold black text "POPVLVS" set cleanly against a bright translucent turquoise-green enamel background pane. This central vignette is framed securely by a wide, deep royal-blue enamel circular ring inscribed with the golden Latin motto "SERVIRE ARMATIS" (To Serve the Armed Forces) and decorated along the lower track with twin stylized scroll accents. The entire circular assembly is nestled inside a comprehensive, traditional Canadian maple leaf outer wreath layout topped by a fully detailed St. Edward's Queen's Crown (qc) displaying hand-painted red velvet cushion fills. The lower boundary is anchored by a matching deep royal-blue enamel banner scroll displaying the bold golden branch designation "ADMINISTRATION", resting over a plain, unmarked solid reverse chassis backed by an un-tapered vertical brass mounting slider tongue stamped for WILLIAM SCULLY production.
