Description: The central device represents the specialized Cadet Instructors Cadre (CIC), a component branch of the Canadian Armed Forces Reserve. Its intricate graphic layout features a central fouled anchor paired with a soaring eagle and crossed army swords, masterfully blending symbols of the Royal Canadian Navy, Canadian Army, and Royal Canadian Air Force. This entire tri-service cluster is superimposed onto a beautifully detailed, veined Canadian maple leaf, all crowned by an embossed St. Edward's Crown (Queen's Crown) denoting official royal assent.
