Description: This horizontal, rectangular stamp from Bolivia carries a face value of 30 centavos, denoted by the bold text "30 cts." set inside white geometric frames in both upper corners. The central illustration showcases a peaceful river scene framed by a native palm tree on the left and sprawling tropical jungle leaves on the right. Across the upper border, the typography spells "BOLIVIA" directly above the text "LEY DE 11 DE DICIEMBRE DE 1944" to highlight the legal authorization of the printing. The wide rectangular block anchoring the base states "CENTENARIO DE LA CREACION DEL DEPARTAMENTO DEL BENI" to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Department of Beni. Rendered in a monochrome, warm orange hue, the lower margin concludes with the local production imprint "TALL. OFFSET LA PAZ."
