Description: This horizontal, rectangular stamp from Bolivia carries a face value of 2 Bolivianos (printed as "2 Bs." inside geometric white boxes in both upper corners). The central design features a finely detailed scenic view of a quiet river landscape, framed gracefully by a native palm tree on the left and broad tropical jungle leaves on the right. Across the upper frame, the text reads "BOLIVIA" over the legislative line "LEY DE 11 DE DICIEMBRE DE 1944," which highlights the administrative authorization of the issue. The large rectangular block at the base states "CENTENARIO DE LA CREACION DEL DEPARTAMENTO DEL BENI," commemorating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Department of Beni in the country's lush northern lowlands. Printed in a single, vibrant green shade, the lower margin bears the local production credit "TALL. OFFSET LA PAZ."
