Description: This stamp is a specialized postal fiscal issue from Bolivia, designed to celebrate a major subnational landmark. Printed in deep navy blue ink on a cream-tinted paper stock, the central horizontal layout showcases a scenic landscape of the Beni region, featuring a peaceful winding river flanked by stylized palm trees, dense shoreline foliage, and a flight of wild birds crossing the sky. The top border displays the issuing nation "BOLIVIA" flanked symmetrically by the denomination "1 Bs." (Boliviano) in both corners, directly underlaid by the legislative citation "LEY DE 11 DE DICIEMBRE DE 1944". The bottom quadrant bears a large, framed textual block reading "CENTENARIO DE LA CREACION DEL DEPARTAMENTO DEL BENI". A tiny marginal imprint at the very bottom center identifies the production source as "TALL. OFFSET LA PAZ".
