Description: This vintage Bermuda commemorative postage stamp honors the iconic Tall Ships Race 1976. The multi-colored design showcases a realistic illustration of the famed USCGC Eagle, a square-rigged barque operating as a training vessel for the United States Coast Guard. The white-hulled ship is depicted under a towering canopy of white canvas sails against a crisp blue sky and ocean background. The denomination "17c" is cleanly positioned in the upper left corner, balanced by the royal "EIIR" cypher under a Tudor Crown in the upper right. Bold typography across the bottom reads "BERMUDA," while the specific ship name "EAGLE—U.S.A." runs vertically along the right-hand margin.
